Facilitation
A trained facilitator with over 15 years of experience, Elodie and her team support group processes from meetings to large deliberative forums. They specialize in dialogue spaces, with a focus on groups who have experienced marginalization or exclusion from traditional participatory processes.
Capacity-building
A former instructor with the SFU Certificate in Dialogue and Public Engagement, Elodie has led hundreds of capacity-building workshops, on facilitation and equitable public engagement. Using an experiential approach, she helps teams develop their capacity to lead better engagements with their communities.
Public Engagement Design and Implementation
With experience designing public engagement processes for all levels of government and large institutions and corporations, Elodie brings a range of tools and approaches to help create engagements that are meaningful, equitable, and human-centred.
